London Area, United Kingdom, September 2025 – Louisa Gregory has joined RealVNC as the Chief People Officer, marking a significant leadership addition to the PE-backed technology company renowned for its innovation in secure remote access solutions. In her new role, Louisa is set to drive RealVNC’s global people and culture strategy to support its rapid growth and mission to shape the future of digital connectivity.
Before joining RealVNC, Louisa Gregory served as Chief People Officer at eEnergy for over two years, where she played a transformative role in embedding a high-performance, inclusive culture to support the company’s ambitious expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, she led organizational design, DEI strategies, and talent initiatives aligned with the company’s ESG goals, while serving on the Sustainability Committee.
Prior to eEnergy, she had an impactful five-year tenure at Colt Technology Services, holding key roles such as Vice President, Culture, Change and Diversity, and Vice President – Chief of Staff to the CEO. She successfully implemented a 3-year inclusion strategy, redefined company values, and drove cultural transformation efforts that earned Colt recognition as one of Europe’s most inclusive employers by the Financial Times. She also supported strategic CEO-level alignment across geographies.
Her earlier roles include HR and Corporate Director, Asia at Colt, and various senior HR leadership positions at Pacnet, where she served as Vice President – Chief of Staff to the CEO, HR Director for South Asia & Global Talent Management, and National HR Manager. Across these roles, she developed deep expertise in employee engagement, leadership development, and talent strategy across Asia-Pacific.
Louisa began her career with Pacific Internet (Australia) and Optus, where she held operational and HR-focused roles over the course of a decade, progressing from customer service management to team leadership. These formative years laid a strong foundation for her people-first leadership approach.
