New York, United States, March 2025 – Lucy Vargo has been promoted to Group Director, Talent Operations & Enablement at GroupM, where she will continue to lead strategic talent operations, optimize workforce enablement, and drive process efficiencies across the organization. In this role, Lucy will be instrumental in enhancing HR reporting, data-driven decision-making, and implementing workforce strategies that align with the company’s global media investment vision.
Lucy has been with GroupM for over three years, previously serving as Director, Talent Operations & Reporting. During her tenure, she played a key role in talent analytics, reporting, and process automation, ensuring data-driven HR decisions and optimizing talent operations across the organization.
Prior to GroupM, Lucy worked at CMC Materials as an IT Collaboration Solutions Project Manager, where she defined future workplace strategies and led global initiatives focused on innovation, automation, and data-driven HR technology solutions.
Before that, she spent seven years at Edelman, serving in business partnering and portfolio management roles. Her expertise in HRIS, talent reporting, and business intelligence was pivotal in driving organizational efficiencies. She successfully led the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Marketing and Sales solutions, improved workforce collaboration through Office 365 and SharePoint solutions, and supported HRIS transformations to enhance recruitment and business operations.
Lucy’s career also includes roles at Intel Corporation, where she held HR Business Analyst and Talent Advisor positions. She gained deep expertise in HR technology, talent data analytics, process improvements, and ATS upgrades, supporting global talent operations for a Fortune 100 organization.
