Berwyn, Pennsylvania, United States, March 2025 – Luiz Castro has taken on a new role as Vice President of Human Resources | Aerospace, Defense & Marine at TE Connectivity. In this capacity, Luiz will be responsible for driving HR strategy and operations across the Aerospace, Defense & Marine segment globally, aligning people initiatives with business goals in one of the company’s most critical verticals.
Luiz brings a strong foundation in human capital leadership with more than two decades of experience. Prior to joining TE Connectivity, he served in various HR leadership positions across the industrial, technology, and manufacturing sectors, gaining expertise in global talent strategies, organizational development, and change management.
Earlier in his career, Luiz held HR roles of increasing responsibility at companies in the Americas, where he contributed to initiatives in workforce transformation, leadership development, and operational HR excellence. His experience spans working with cross-cultural teams and integrating HR practices across global business units.
Luiz is also known for leading strategic HR programs during periods of expansion and transformation. His ability to blend business acumen with people-first leadership has made him a trusted advisor to senior executives in dynamic, complex environments.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Ibmec, obtained between 2000 and 2002.
