Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, May 2025 – Lakshmi S has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Apollo Sindoori Hotels Limited, a renowned hospitality service management company. In her new role, she will lead the organization’s human capital strategy across its diverse hospitality verticals, focusing on culture transformation, workforce effectiveness, and HR innovation to support the company’s pan-India operations.
Before joining Apollo Sindoori, Lakshmi served for over three years at Quess Corp Limited, where she held the role of General Manager – HR and HR Business Partner, managing life cycle management of core employees across facility management, security services, industrials, and telecom verticals. Her expertise in organizational performance, compensation, and employee engagement made her a key HR leader within the group.
Previously, she was Partner – HR & Organization Effectiveness at Provyze, where she consulted clients on growth, transformation, and operational excellence. She played a pivotal role in driving HR advisory for businesses navigating market disruption and strategic change.
Lakshmi’s earlier tenure includes a five-year stint at Quess Corp in an HRBP capacity and over seven years at Hofincons Infotech & Industrial Services, where she served as Senior HR Specialist. Across her roles, she built a reputation for strategic HR leadership, stakeholder partnership, and results-oriented transformation.
She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from CMR Institute of Technology and brings over 15 years of deep domain expertise in HR leadership, change management, and workforce transformation.
