Fraser, who brings over 27 years of expansive experience in corporate leadership and human capital management, is poised to steer the company’s people strategy into its next phase of growth. Earlier, Fraser served as Chief Operating Officer at GrowthCharter.

Prior to her appointment at GrowthCharter, Fraser was the Chief Operating Officer at True Potential Group, a leader in corporate development and employee engagement, for nearly 16 years. Her tenure at True Potential was marked by significant contributions towards innovative training and development initiatives, significantly boosting employee engagement and corporate culture.
Before her long stint at True Potential Group, Fraser enhanced her expertise as a Managing Director at Infinite Solutions for over seven years, where she was pivotal in expanding the company’s reach across South Africa and Namibia. Fraser’s career also includes important roles such as Head of Learning and Development at MEDSCHEME HOLDINGS and Senior Sales Consultant at PGSI SA HOLDINGS, where she honed her skills in sales strategies and corporate training.
Adding to her full-time roles, Fraser also managed her consultancy, Lynne Fraser Consulting, where she offered expert advice in digital strategy and communication, emphasizing the importance of effective leadership and operational efficiency.
