London, United Kingdom – October 2024 – Lynne Patmore has been named the Chief Financial Officer at Puraffinity, where she will lead the financial strategy and operations to support the company’s growth and focus on sustainable environmental solutions. As CFO, Lynne will be instrumental in driving the financial planning, fundraising, and strategic initiatives for Puraffinity as it continues to scale its innovative solutions for PFAS removal.
Prior to joining Puraffinity, Lynne served as a Fractional CFO for various VC-backed startups in the environmental services and sustainability sectors. In these roles, she provided financial advisory services, developed strategic financial plans, and supported fundraising initiatives. Her extensive experience across start-ups and scale-ups reflects her strong commitment to sustainability-focused ventures.
Lynne is also the founder of CBAS Consulting Limited, where she has been offering CFO and financial advisory services since 2011. Through CBAS, she has provided strategic guidance to businesses across sectors such as life sciences, med-tech, AI, and more, focusing on improving profitability, implementing financial systems, and securing Series A/B funding.
Earlier in her career, Lynne held leadership roles at Vodafone, where she served as Group Tax Director and was instrumental in creating a global tax function, managing international policy development, and supporting strategic business growth. Her background includes extensive cross-border transaction management, venture capital engagement, and commercial finance expertise.
