Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, March 2025 – Lynsey Devitt has joined Herron Todd White as the new Chief People & Culture Officer, marking a new chapter in the company’s people leadership journey. In her new role, Lynsey will be responsible for strengthening the firm’s people strategy, driving cultural transformation, and fostering leadership development across the organization’s extensive national footprint.
Prior to joining Herron Todd White, Lynsey served as Executive Director – People & Culture at CyberCX for nearly five years. In this role, she was instrumental in scaling the organization across four countries and led initiatives across business partnering, learning, employee relations, and M&A integrations within a high-growth cybersecurity environment.

Earlier, she worked independently through Persona Partners, where she provided culture, leadership, and change advisory services to corporates, startups, universities, and non-profits. She also served as Adjunct Faculty at Monash Business School, delivering executive education in leadership and transformation.
Lynsey’s previous leadership roles include Group Head of Talent & Organisational Development at Australia Post and Head of Organisational Development at Coles, where she led key programs in executive development, succession planning, D&I, and culture change. Her impactful work across these organizations has consistently driven strategic transformation and strengthened organizational effectiveness.
Her journey also includes over seven years at National Australia Bank, where she held multiple senior roles including Head of Leadership & Professional Development and Head of Transformation Delivery, leading large-scale workforce transformation initiatives and capability development across a 35,000-employee organization.
