Paris, Île-de-France, France, July 2025 – Lynsey O’Shea has joined the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) as Head of Talent, where she will oversee global talent strategy, leadership development, and workforce planning for the organization’s expansive network of international stakeholders. In this role, Lynsey will spearhead initiatives that support ICC’s mission of promoting international trade and responsible business practices.
Prior to this appointment, Lynsey held key positions at ALTEN, most recently as Head of International Mobility and Graduate Program Manager, where she led global talent development and mobility initiatives. She was instrumental in launching and managing ALTEN’s first Graduate Program, which successfully attracted and onboarded top-tier talent into strategic roles across engineering and IT services.
Before ALTEN, Lynsey worked for over five years at Heidrick & Struggles, where she held progressive leadership roles including Talent Acquisition Lead for EMEA, APAC, MENA, and Emerging Markets. She played a central role in senior-level executive search, talent consulting, and EVP advocacy, collaborating with regional leadership and championing brand-led people strategies.
Earlier in her career, she served as Human Resources Advisor at Marymount International School, Paris, and held additional responsibilities as Office Manager, gaining early experience in HR operations and onboarding. These roles laid the groundwork for her later contributions to global talent management and organizational development.
