New York, United States, December 2025 — Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. has announced the appointment of LJ Louis as Senior Vice President, Talent, a newly created role. As a key leader within the company’s evolving people strategy, LJ will play a pivotal role in reimagining how MSG thinks about talent—connecting and inspiring teams across the MSG Family of Companies to support the organization’s future growth.
In this role, LJ Louis will lead enterprise-wide Talent functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Internal Communications across Madison Square Garden Entertainment, Madison Square Garden Sports, and Sphere, strengthening alignment, capability, and culture across a diverse portfolio of iconic brands and venues.
Immediately prior to joining MSG Entertainment, LJ Louis spent nearly four years with WPP as Chief Talent & Inclusion Officer, where she led global talent and inclusion strategy for one of the world’s largest marketing and communications organizations, advancing leadership capability, workforce inclusion, and enterprise talent outcomes.
Before WPP, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Talent & Inclusion Officer at WeWork, playing a central role in shaping talent, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness during a period of significant transformation and scale.
Earlier in her career, LJ Louis held the position of Vice President, Global Leadership Talent at L Brands, where she focused on leadership development and succession for global brands. She also spent over five years with Korn Ferry as a Principal, advising senior leaders and boards on executive search, leadership assessment, and organizational strategy.
She began her professional journey in finance and restructuring roles at CWCapital and JER Partners, building strong analytical and business foundations that continue to inform her people leadership approach.
LJ Louis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Finance & Human Resources Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. She also earned a Master of Science in Human Resources – Organizational Effectiveness from New York University.
