Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2026 — Mahima Chandra has joined PNB Housing Finance Limited (PNBHFL) as National Head – CSR. In this role, she will focus on creating meaningful interventions, fostering strong partnerships, and ensuring that CSR efforts translate into measurable and lasting change on the ground.
Before joining PNB Housing Finance Limited, Mahima served as General Manager – Global CSR at Bata Group, where she developed and implemented global CSR programs across more than 20 countries and contributed to global DEI strategy, policies, and learning initiatives.
Earlier, Mahima spent over seven years with Bata India Limited, where she led CSR, ESG, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across India. Her work included CSR policy development, project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, board reporting, and programs across education, skill development, girl child empowerment, disaster management, and community development.
Her previous experience also includes roles with Concern India Foundation and Tata Steel, where she worked across health, education, community development, women empowerment, employability training, rural development, monitoring and evaluation, donor reporting, and CSR program execution.
