Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2026 – Rishabh Sharma has started a new role as Head – Talent Acquisition & Onboarding at Devyani International Limited (DIL). In this role, he will lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, induction, and background verification, supporting the company’s fast-paced growth in the quick service restaurant (QSR) sector.
Rishabh Sharma joins Devyani International Limited with a strong track record in talent acquisition across large consumer-facing and technology-driven organizations. Most recently, he was with Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., where he progressed through multiple roles including Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, Manager – Talent Acquisition, and Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition, contributing significantly to scaling hiring operations in a high-growth QSR environment.
Prior to this, he worked with Bharti Airtel as Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition, where he managed recruitment strategies and supported talent needs across business functions.
Earlier, he spent over two years with OYO, holding roles such as Global Talent Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, gaining international exposure and contributing to hiring strategies across global markets, including Europe.
He began his career journey as an HR intern with OYO, building a strong foundation in recruitment and talent management. Rishabh holds an MBA in Human Resources from Amity University, Noida.
