Prior to joining Argala Revive, Maitreyi was with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where she led Customer Acquisition and Growth Marketing for condition management initiatives. Her tenure also included roles as Business Partner – Innovation and Strategy, and Product Manager – Dermatology, contributing to significant product and market development within the healthcare ecosystem.

Earlier, she served as Product Owner for Medical Protocols and SaaS Products at CallHealth, building scalable health tech solutions with a strong user orientation. Her journey also includes experience as an Associate Consultant at EY, bringing strategic business consulting acumen to her healthcare roles.

This leadership transition also honors the foundational work of Dr. Sreedevi Yadavalli, whose vision and dedication positioned Argala Revive as a leading center for rehabilitation. With Maitreyi stepping into the role, the organization is poised to further embrace technology, innovation, and cross-disciplinary partnerships that will define the future of rehabilitation in India and beyond.
