With over 20 years of global experience spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate, Mallanna has a formidable track record in transforming ventures, securing institutional capital, and delivering projects across the Asia-Pacific and North American regions. His leadership has shaped developments valued at over $1 billion, and he has facilitated the infusion of more than $250 million in funding.
Before joining Puravankara, Mallanna served as CEO and COO at Provident Housing Ltd, where he led an expansive real estate portfolio of over 20 million square feet across seven cities. He was previously COO at Bhartiya City Developers, and the Founder and CEO of Megalith Ventures, where he pioneered scalable affordable housing models in collaboration with state governments.
Earlier in his career, he was Managing Director at Equis, spearheading public-private housing partnerships, and held senior leadership positions at Assetz Property Group and Karle Infra Pvt. Ltd., where he drove multifold growth, investor transparency, and international design-led developments.
At Puravankara, Mallanna’s mandate is to scale the company’s presence across Southern India, with a focus on execution excellence, customer-centric design, and innovation-led growth.
