Boston, Massachusetts, United States, March 2025 – Mallory Nightingale has joined BDO USA as Director, People Strategy & Solutions, bringing a wealth of experience in human resources strategy, talent development, and organizational leadership. In this role, she will be responsible for enhancing HR strategies, implementing workforce solutions, and driving people-centered initiatives to support BDO’s organizational growth.
Prior to joining BDO USA, Mallory held multiple leadership roles at Blue Beyond Consulting, where she spent nearly six years specializing in HR strategy, executive leadership consulting, and talent management. As Account Lead and Senior HR Consultant, she played a pivotal role in developing leadership strategies, advising organizations on people solutions, and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Mallory worked at Cambridge Associates, where she held roles in marketing, communications, and leadership development. She contributed significantly to women’s leadership initiatives as Co-Chair of CA Women Boston and Global Communication Chair, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
Mallory also brings experience from The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and the University of Maine, where she developed strategic communications and employee engagement programs. Her strong background in organizational development, strategic planning, and HR consulting makes her a valuable addition to BDO USA’s leadership team.
