Boston, Massachusetts, United States, March 2025 – Mallory Nightingale has joined BDO USA as Director, People Strategy & Solutions, bringing a wealth of experience in human resources strategy, talent development, and organizational leadership. In this role, she will be responsible for enhancing HR strategies, implementing workforce solutions, and driving people-centered initiatives to support BDO’s organizational growth.

Earlier in her career, Mallory worked at Cambridge Associates, where she held roles in marketing, communications, and leadership development. Mallory also brings experience from The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and the University of Maine, where she developed strategic communications and employee engagement programs. Her strong background in organizational development, strategic planning, and HR consulting makes her a valuable addition to BDO USA’s leadership team.
