Mamie Hodnett Joins Core Clinical Partners as Vice President of Human Resources

Atlanta, Georgia, United States, July 2024 – Mamie Hodnett has started her new role as Vice President of Human Resources at Core Clinical Partners. Mamie will oversee HR operations, strategic HR initiatives, and drive HR transformation to support the company’s growth and innovation.

Mamie Hodnett brings extensive HR leadership experience to Core Clinical Partners. She previously served as Vice President of Human Resources at CBORD, where she played a critical role in shaping the company’s HR strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving employee engagement across a diverse global workforce.

Prior to CBORD, Mamie held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at PT Solutions Physical Therapy. She led HR operations for over 3,200 employees across 375+ clinics in 25 states, successfully integrating multiple acquisitions and enhancing talent acquisition and retention strategies.

Mamie’s career also includes her role as Global Human Resources Director at Americold Logistics, LLC. In this capacity, she managed HR operations for 17,000 associates worldwide, leading strategic initiatives that improved compliance, streamlined processes, and supported business growth through effective talent management.

Mamie has also held significant HR roles at The Lovett School and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, where she drove HR initiatives, improved employee engagement, and managed talent acquisition and retention strategies. Her earlier career includes leadership positions at Assurant and Hewitt Associates, where she developed and implemented HR strategies to support business objectives and enhance organizational performance.
