Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2024 – Manjula Pattanshetti has joined Wells Fargo as Senior AVP Treasury. In her new role, Manjula will oversee treasury operations, contributing her extensive experience in financial analysis, treasury management, and stakeholder coordination to enhance the company’s treasury functions and support its strategic goals.
Manjula brings over a decade of rich expertise in treasury and financial management. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, she served as a Senior Consultant at HighRadius, where she focused on enhancing financial processes and enabling technology-driven improvements in treasury operations.

Previously, she held the role of Senior Business Analyst and SME at Wissen Technology, where she excelled in process analysis and stakeholder management for complex software development projects. At IBS Fintech India Pvt Ltd, she spent over six years as a Senior Business Analyst, specializing in preparing business requirements, functional specifications, and overseeing client deliverables for treasury and trade finance projects.
Manjula also served as Manager Treasury Operations and Finance at Gerdau Steel India Ltd, where she managed cash flow, risk management, trade finance, and corporate debt restructuring. Her early career includes roles as Senior Finance Executive at Brigade Enterprises Ltd, contributing to bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and project finance.
Manjula is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, where she completed the Executive General Management Program (EGMP). She also holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from S.I.B.E.R., Kolhapur.
