Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — LTIMindtree has announced the appointment of Manoj Kothiyal as Chief Business Officer & Global Head of AI, strengthening its global leadership bench as the company accelerates its AI-centric growth and large-scale digital transformation agenda across industries worldwide.

In his new role, Manoj Kothiyal will focus on helping organizations design and execute AI-first strategies that deliver real, responsible, and scalable business impact, aligning advanced analytics, generative AI, and digital manufacturing with enterprise-wide value creation.

Prior to joining LTIMindtree, Manoj spent over a decade at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and BCG X, where he served as Managing Director and Partner, leading global digital, data science and AI transformation programs across consumer, industrial goods and operations practices. He was the technology lead for BCG’s digital and AI manufacturing platform (MFG AI) and led BCG’s proprietary supply chain network product, SNOW AI, driving cloud, product management, digital manufacturing and AI/ML programs at scale.

Alongside his consulting leadership, Manoj founded SNOW AI, a next-generation analytics SaaS platform that leverages machine learning, optimization and generative AI to enable rapid, scenario-based supply chain decision-making—helping organizations enhance agility, reduce costs and stay resilient to disruption.

Earlier in his career, Manoj spent about seven years at WNS as Group Manager – Data Science Consulting, where he led end-to-end analytics programs across 14+ global markets, managed large data science teams, migrated core retail analytics platforms to modern columnar databases, and delivered high-impact customer targeting and campaign optimization initiatives. He began his analytics career at Absolutdata Analytics (an Infogain company), building forecasting and predictive models and establishing foundational analytics training programs.

Manoj holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
