New Jersey, United States, December 2025 — Mansi Gupta has been elevated to Senior HR Lead – P&O Service Optimization at DSV – Global Transport and Logistics, marking a significant step in her global HR journey. In her new role, she builds on her experience in shared services and people operations to support DSV’s people and organization priorities in a dynamic, international environment.
Before this elevation, Mansi Gupta was associated with DSV – Global Transport and Logistics as Senior HR Specialist – Shared Services, based in New Jersey, United States. Over several months in this role, she deepened her expertise in HR within a large global logistics organization, gaining hands-on exposure to shared services and people operations, which set the stage for her elevation to Senior HR Lead – P&O Service Optimization.
Prior to joining DSV, Mansi spent close to four years with DB Schenker in a mix of global and India-based HR roles. She served as People Operations Specialist and Workforce Management Specialist in the New York City Metropolitan Area, and earlier as People and Organization Manager in India. Across these roles, she worked in areas such as compliance management, employee relations, onboarding, HR analytics and workforce management, building a strong foundation in both operational HR and people processes in the logistics and supply chain sector.
Earlier, Mansi Gupta served as Senior Manager – Human Resources at YES BANK in India, working in a hybrid set-up. During this stint, she expanded her understanding of HR in the financial services domain, partnering closely with business stakeholders in a fast-paced banking environment and strengthening her experience as a people leader.
Before YES BANK, she worked with IndusInd Bank as Manager – HR Business Partner in India, where she spent close to three years in a business partnering capacity. This experience further sharpened her skills in stakeholder management, employee lifecycle processes and HR interventions aligned to business priorities.
Mansi began her HR career with SMC Group in India as an HR Business Partner, where she spent around four years. This early experience gave her a strong grounding in core HR practices, day-to-day people processes and frontline HR partnering, forming the base on which she has built a decade-long career across banking, financial services, logistics and global shared services.
Mansi Gupta holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, strengthening her academic foundation in HR to complement her diverse industry experience.
