New Delhi, 23rd August 2025 – In a landmark step towards empowering India’s youth as architects of national progress, Union Minister of Labour & Employment and Youth Affairs & Sports, Shri Mansukh Mandaviya, launched i2B (Idea to Bharat) — an ambitious initiative by CCS Bharat, the think tank of the Nambiar Group, led by its visionary Managing Director, Ayush Nambiar.
The i2B programme is designed to move India’s young minds from awareness to action, ensuring their ideas are transformed into research-driven, execution-ready solutions. The initiative’s first step begins with a tie-up with the Mann Ki Baat Quiz Competition, extending the platform for participating students into a structured mentorship and innovation journey.
The launch was especially dedicated to the audience of the Season 5 Mann Ki Baat Quiz Competition students from Thiruvananthapuram, who were present under the leadership of Former Minister of State for External Affairs, Shri V. Muraleedharan.
Speaking at the launch, Shri Mansukh Mandaviya praised the foresight behind the programme
“The energy of India’s youth is the nation’s greatest resource. With i2B, Ayush Nambiar and CCS Bharat are ensuring this energy is channelled into concrete action. This initiative captures the true spirit of Viksit Bharat — where ideas don’t just inspire, but shape India’s tomorrow.”
Shri V. Muraleedharan, Former Minister of State for External Affairs, who honoured the occasion, echoed this sentiment
“The Nambiar Group has consistently demonstrated its commitment to India’s growth story. By aligning youth innovation with national priorities, i2B ensures our students become global contributors while staying rooted in Bharat’s vision.”
Ayush Nambiar, Managing Director of Nambiar Group said “Youth are not just dreamers, they are doers. i2B will guide them through the full journey of idea → research → execution, with the mentorship and support systems they need. Our mission is clear: to seed a generation of visionaries who will not wait for 2047, but start building Viksit Bharat today.”
The larger vision of i2B is embodied by CCS Bharat and the Nambiar Group as they reaffirm their role as nation-building partners, committed to transforming youthful ideas into actionable blueprints for India’s growth. This initiative is a testament to the synergy of research, mentorship, and execution, and a powerful contribution to the realization of Prime Minister’s vision of Viksit Bharat.
Idea to Bharat (i2B) is developed under CCS Bharat, the research and knowledge arm of the Nambiar Group, i2B is a Knowledge & Growth Partnership that enables students to:
- Identify real societal, governance, and industry gaps through structured research.
- Shape ideas into action under mentorship from entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and policy experts.
- Access incubation, compliance, and go-to-market support for viable projects.
- Showcase their work seasonally, with exceptional projects considered for pilot implementation and investment.
Unlike competitions that end with certificates, i2B guarantees continuity, incubation, and recognition. Each cycle creates a pipeline of young innovators, entrepreneurs, and problem-solvers, producing tangible solutions aligned with India’s national priorities — from sustainability and healthcare to digital economy, education, and rural development.
Established in 2002 in India, Nambiar Group has grown into a dynamic and multifaceted business group, showcasing diversified expertise in Marketing and Media, Information Technology, Security Infrastructure Solutions, Hospitality, Real Estate and several other industries. With a rich legacy spanning over two decades, the group has strategically expanded its presence, leaving an indelible mark not only across India but also in Qatar and several other Middle Eastern countries.
