Vienna, Austria, October 2024 – Marcus Duda has taken on a new position as the Head of Human Resources at Eviden Austria, in addition to his role as COO Austria. In his expanded role, Marcus will oversee the entire HR function in Austria, working closely with senior leadership to ensure the alignment of the people strategy with organizational goals.
Marcus has been with Eviden for over a year, serving as COO Austria since April 2023, where he focuses on customer satisfaction through operational excellence and profitability. He plays a key role in building sustainable processes and leading a motivated team to deliver innovative solutions across various industries.
Prior to Eviden, Marcus had an extensive career at Atos, where he held multiple senior leadership roles over a span of nearly 11 years. He was the Vice President & Head of Public Sector & Defense Central Europe Operations, responsible for project and service delivery in this sector. His other roles at Atos included VP & Head of Operations for Central and Eastern Europe and Vice President of Network, Data Center, and Communication Services.
Before his tenure at Atos, Marcus spent almost eight years at Alcatel-Lucent (now part of Nokia), where he held global leadership positions, such as Vice President of Global Network Operations and Director of Network Operation Solutions. His experience at Alcatel-Lucent covered overseeing global strategies for network operations and customer experience management.
