Patras, Western Greece — Maria Soukouli has been announced as the new Head of Human Resources at CBL Patras S.A. Soukouli brings over two decades of experience in human resources management and employee relations to her new role at one of Greece’s leading biopharmaceutical companies.
Prior to joining CBL Patras S.A., Soukouli played a crucial role at ATHENIAN BREWERY S.A., where she served as an HR Business Partner. Here, she was instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business goals and enhancing employee relations. Before her tenure at ATHENIAN BREWERY, Soukouli was a Human Resources Generalist at Landis+Gyr, where she managed significant aspects of HR operations including payroll and compliance with local labor laws.
From May 2018 to August 2022, Soukouli was the HR & Plant Administrator at Crown Hellas Can SA, focusing on operational HR activities and payroll coordination. Her earlier roles include responsibilities as an Accountant at Αccounting Office – Liampotis Anastasios, where she managed financial transactions and client tax compliance from January 2014 to May 2018.
Soukouli’s rich background also includes positions at major companies where she honed her skills in strategic HR management, labor law compliance, and employee relations, contributing significantly to the organizational development and employee satisfaction.
