Plano, Texas, United States, July 2025 – Mariana Bedolla has been appointed as Vice President, People Function at PepsiCo, further strengthening the global FMCG giant’s commitment to cultivating high-impact talent strategies and inclusive people practices. In this role, Mariana will play a pivotal part in aligning PepsiCo’s people agenda with its dynamic business strategy, championing transformation, innovation, and growth across the organization.
Mariana has spent over six years at PepsiCo, most recently serving as Vice President, Human Resources – PepsiCo Beverages Canada, where she led HR strategy and operations for one of the organization’s critical regional business units. Before that, she held the role of Vice President, Human Resources in White Plains, New York, where she was instrumental in driving people development and organizational design initiatives across North America.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Mariana had a distinguished 21-year career at Xerox, holding multiple global and regional HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Human Resources – Software Services and Commercial Operations, where she guided people strategy for a large-scale technology and services business. She also served as VP, HR Strategy & Planning, directly partnering with Xerox’s CHRO to deliver HR transformation and culture initiatives at a global level.
Throughout her tenure at Xerox, she also led HR operations for the Latin America region, supported corporate compensation functions, and held key HR and finance roles in Mexico City, giving her deep exposure to multicultural and cross-functional environments. Her diverse expertise spans talent development, M&A integration, HR strategy, compensation design, organizational restructuring, and change management.
