Kyiv, Kyiv City, Ukraine, April 2025 – Mariia Yovsa has taken on the role of Chief People Operations Officer at OBRIO, marking a significant milestone in her journey with the company. In her new role, she will be leading all aspects of People Operations with a focus on organizational growth, HR innovation, and enhancing workplace culture.
Mariia has been an integral part of OBRIO for nearly five years. Most recently, she served as Head of HR, where she was responsible for HR, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Administrative teams. Prior to that, she served as HR Business Partner, where she played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, coaching leadership, and developing company-wide performance and retention frameworks.
Before joining OBRIO, Mariia worked at Deloitte Ukraine as a People Partner (IT unit) where she developed performance review models, led IT recruitment, and created remote work communication frameworks. Her earlier career includes serving as Senior HR Manager and Head of HR at DEC School, where she managed end-to-end HR operations including policy development, recruitment, training, and compensation planning.
Mariia also held HR leadership roles at Genesis Tech, Recruiting company Gloria, and briefly operated as an independent HR consultant. Her consistent focus on people strategy, process optimization, and leadership development has equipped her with a versatile HR portfolio.
