Paris, Île-de-France, France, November 2025 — Marion Derouet has stepped into the role of Chief People Officer at Chargeurs PCC Fashion Technologies, the global leader in innovative material solutions for fashion and performance apparel. In this strategic role, she will lead global people strategy, workforce transformation, culture evolution, and organizational development across regions as the company advances its next phase of growth and sustainability-driven expansion.
Prior to joining Chargeurs PCC Fashion Technologies, Marion Derouet served as Global Human Resources and Internal Communication Director at Precision Valve Corporation, where she played a pivotal role in building the company’s HR infrastructure from the ground up. Leading HR across 15 facilities in 14 countries, she shaped global HR governance, developed leadership capability, drove internal communication standards, and served as a member of the Executive Committee. Her mandate included employer branding, organizational design, change management, and supporting private equity-backed transformation.
Before this role, Marion built an extensive global career at Crown Holdings, Inc., where she spent nearly 17 years across multiple leadership roles. Her last position at Crown was Compensation & Benefits Director and Food Africa HR Director, leading international mobility, HRIS, and strategic HR partnering across multiple countries in Africa—including Morocco, Ghana, Ivory Coast, and Madagascar. Earlier roles included director-level leadership in HR Systems, International Mobility, grading design, and executive compensation supporting more than 12,000 employees across 23 countries in the EMEA region.
Marion began her career at Crown in roles progressing through HR systems, internal mobility, and communication leadership, demonstrating strong capability in multinational collaboration, governance, and people operations scaling—laying the foundation for her rise to senior global HR leadership across complex industrial and manufacturing environments.
