In his new position, Mark will lead the company’s commercial strategy, customer engagement, business expansion, and market growth initiatives across key offshore energy markets.
A highly accomplished maritime and offshore services executive, Mark brings extensive experience in developing commercial strategies, managing international operations, building client relationships, and driving sustainable growth across the Middle East, Africa, and global offshore energy sectors. His appointment reinforces All Energies Services’ commitment to strengthening its market position and expanding its footprint in strategic offshore markets.
Mark joins the executive leadership team after serving as Managing Director at All Energies Services, a role he held since September 2023. During his tenure, he played a key role in guiding the company’s operational and commercial activities, strengthening customer partnerships, and supporting business growth across multiple geographies. His promotion to Chief Commercial Officer reflects the confidence the organization has in his leadership capabilities and deep industry expertise.
Before joining All Energies Services, Mark served as General Manager, Commercial at Britoil Offshore Services, where he was responsible for driving commercial performance, customer engagement, and business development initiatives within the offshore marine services sector. Prior to that, he held the position of Regional Manager at Petro Services, overseeing regional operations and commercial activities across key energy markets in the Middle East and Africa.
Earlier in his career, Mark served as Chief Commercial Officer at Zakher Marine International, where he led commercial strategy and business growth initiatives for one of the region’s leading offshore marine service providers. He also spent seven years with SEACOR Marine Holdings, serving as Director of Business Development – MENA and Marketing Manager – Middle East, where he helped expand the company’s regional presence and strengthen customer relationships across offshore energy markets.
His professional journey also includes leadership positions with Marine Capabilities (Marcap), Otto Marine Offshore, Ras Al Khaimah Ports, Phoenician Marine, and Marcomar Shipping Lines, where he developed deep expertise in offshore operations, commercial negotiations, contracts management, business development, port operations, and maritime logistics.
Throughout his career, Mark has consistently demonstrated an ability to build successful commercial organizations, foster long-term customer partnerships, and drive growth in highly competitive and complex energy markets. His broad experience across offshore supply vessels, marine logistics, and energy services positions him well to support All Energies Services’ continued expansion and long-term success.
