Phoenix, Arizona, United States, June 2026 — Robynne Sherrill has returned to Eaton as Regional Human Resources Manager – West Region, bringing with her more than two decades of distinguished leadership experience in human resources, talent management, organizational development, leadership coaching, culture transformation, and employee engagement.
In her new role, Robynne will partner with senior sales leaders across Eaton’s North American Sales West Region to align people strategies with business objectives. She will lead and support initiatives spanning talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement, helping drive business performance and workforce excellence across the region.
This appointment marks a return to Eaton for Robynne, where she previously spent over 14 years in a variety of leadership positions. During her earlier tenure, she held roles including Manager, Global Learning & Leadership Development, Manager, Global Ethics Education & Training, Division Human Resource Manager, and several other human resources leadership positions. She played an instrumental role in advancing leadership development programs, talent management frameworks, ethics and compliance education, diversity initiatives, and global learning strategies that supported the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Prior to rejoining Eaton, Robynne served as Director of Talent Management at Sprouts Farmers Market, where she led enterprise-wide leadership development and talent management initiatives. Her responsibilities included succession planning, performance management, competency modeling, culture integration, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. She worked closely with executive leadership to strengthen organizational capabilities and build future-ready talent pipelines.
Earlier in her career, she served as Chief People and Culture Officer at GOJO Industries, where she was a member of the senior leadership team responsible for aligning people and culture strategies with business goals. She also held the position of Vice President, Global Talent Management & Development at Dawn Foods Global, leading global talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession management, employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational change initiatives.
Most recently, Robynne contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member in Human Resources Management at Grand Canyon University while also serving as a Faculty Recruiter at Grand Canyon Education, further demonstrating her commitment to developing future HR leaders and advancing talent practices.

Her return to Eaton reflects the organization’s confidence in her ability to strengthen talent outcomes and support strategic priorities across its sales organization.
