Martin Uhrik Appointed as Chief Financial Officer at Third Bridge Group Limited

London, United Kingdom – October 2024 – Martin Uhrik has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer at Third Bridge Group Limited. In his new role, Martin will oversee the company’s global financial strategy and operations, driving financial performance, business transformation, and growth initiatives as Third Bridge continues to expand its position in the investment research sector.

Prior to joining Third Bridge, Martin served as Chief Financial Officer at Orro Group in Sydney, where he was instrumental in managing financial transformation projects and supporting strategic growth initiatives. His tenure was marked by improved financial processes, stronger business partnerships, and enhanced financial controls, which contributed significantly to the company’s overall success.

Before his role at Orro Group, Martin had a successful 14-year career at Technicolor Creative Studios. Initially joining as Group Business Performance and Operations Director, he later rose to the position of Deputy Group CFO. His achievements at Technicolor included leading the company’s carve-out and listing on Euronext Paris, managing complex restructuring and turnaround initiatives, and overseeing major M&A transactions. He was also the driving force behind finance transformation, workforce planning, and global financial management.

Earlier in his career, Martin held finance roles at Nokia in Australia and New Zealand, working across finance, operations, and sales. His tenure at Nokia saw him managing financial performance, project finance, and workforce planning. He also contributed to major business divisions, including the Services Business Division and Australian Sales Team, where he enhanced operational efficiency and strategic planning.

Martin began his finance career as a Financial Analyst at AMP and gained foundational experience in financial services with Hall Chadwick in Sydney, Australia. These early roles helped him build a strong understanding of financial analysis, accounting, and business performance.
