The Randstad, Netherlands – October 2024 – Tamer Fawaz has been promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer at Enterprising Finance, following his impactful tenure as Investment Director at the firm. This strategic appointment aims to bolster the firm’s organizational framework and drive sustained growth.
Prior to his promotion, Tamer served as Investment Director at Enterprising Finance for nine months, where he successfully managed unitranche loans to support the growth of lower middle-market companies in the Netherlands. His role emphasized strategic financing solutions for companies undergoing expansions, acquisitions, and operational restructuring.
Earlier, he held the role of Investment Manager at Enterprising Finance for over three years, focusing on facilitating tailored financial solutions for clients, developing relationships with stakeholders, and overseeing diverse investment portfolios to drive corporate growth.
Before joining Enterprising Finance, Tamer worked as an Investment Manager at Togather Finance B.V. for nearly two years, where he provided full-service invoice purchasing solutions for SMEs, helping businesses accelerate growth and invest in new opportunities.
He also served as Managing Partner at Debt Fund Project for a year, leading a strategic initiative to establish a European mid-market crossover debt fund aimed at supporting BB-rated corporates across Northwestern Europe.
