Muscat, Masqaţ, Oman, April 2025 – Marwa Al Kharusi has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at الوطنية للتمويل National Finance, Oman’s leading non-banking financial services provider. In her new leadership role, Marwa will be responsible for driving the company’s human capital strategy, talent development, organizational culture, and change initiatives in alignment with the company’s national growth agenda.
Marwa brings to the role over two decades of distinguished HR leadership across multiple sectors, including finance, consulting, telecom, and energy. Prior to joining National Finance, she served as Senior Vice President – Human Resources at Ominvest, where she led enterprise-wide HR strategy, talent development, and diversity and inclusion programs. Her earlier role as HR Manager at Deloitte Consulting further honed her experience in people transformation and change leadership.
Earlier in her career, Marwa held strategic HR positions at Omantel, Qatar Aeronautical College, Ooredoo Group, and Shell, where she was seconded as a Change & Engage Planner. She has also been a leadership and management coach, demonstrating her dedication to empowering talent and fostering high-performance cultures.
