With a proven track record in HR transformation, leadership development, and cultural change, Maryline will lead the company’s global HR strategy, ensuring alignment with Le Creuset’s long-standing heritage, craftsmanship, and innovative business vision.

Prior to joining Le Creuset, Maryline served as Global Vice President of Human Resources at La Prairie Group AG, where she led HR operations across EMEA, APAC, and the US, overseeing a global team of 50+ professionals. She played a key role in HR digitization, employer branding, and integrating new competencies within the organization.
Before La Prairie, Maryline held leadership roles at Coty Inc., where she was responsible for HR transformation, post-merger restructuring, and cultural change following the acquisition of P&G Specialty Beauty. Her tenure also included a leadership role at J.P. Morgan, where she was HR Business Partner for the front office operations across Switzerland, UK, France, and Dubai.
Additionally, she has held HR leadership roles at Elizabeth Arden, Japan Tobacco International, and Caterpillar Inc., bringing over two decades of expertise in talent management, organizational development, and business transformation.
