Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 — Mazhar Mulani has taken over as Regional Director at ANAROCK, a leading real estate services and advisory firm known for its data-driven insights, market intelligence, and strong presence across residential, commercial, and industrial real estate. In this role, he will focus on strengthening corporate real estate strategy offerings, advancing workplace transformation initiatives, and driving value-led advisory solutions for clients across key markets.
Before joining ANAROCK, Mazhar built a strong and progressive career across prominent global real estate and consulting firms, including Colliers, Knight Frank India, JLL India, Mindtree Marketing, and independent real estate consultancies in Pune.
At Colliers, Mazhar spent over seven years in leadership roles, culminating as Executive Director & South India Lead – Flexible Workspace. During this period, he led large-scale corporate real estate mandates, occupier strategies, and flexible workspace solutions across key southern markets, working closely with occupiers to align real estate decisions with business growth, agility, and evolving workplace needs.
Earlier in his career, Mazhar was associated with Knight Frank India as Senior Manager, and with JLL India as a Corporate Real Estate Consultant, where he advised corporate clients on portfolio strategy, site selection, and transaction management. He also gained early commercial experience with Mindtree Marketing and independent real estate consultancies in Pune, building a strong foundation in client advisory and market-facing roles.
Mazhar’s professional journey is supported by a solid academic background. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgical Engineering from COEP Technological University. His education also includes science studies from Poona College, and schooling at Sanjeewan Vidyalaya Panchgani. Known for his integrity-driven approach, he combines strategic thinking with deep market understanding, focusing on solutions that align workplace design with organizational culture and long-term business goals.
