Dhaka, Bangladesh — Md. Asaduzzaman has been appointed as the new Head of Human Resources at Genex Infosys Limited, starting from May 2024. With over two decades of extensive experience in various HR roles, Asaduzzaman brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic expertise to his new position.
Prior to joining Genex Infosys, Asaduzzaman served as a Senior Industrial Relations & HR Strategy Expert at Grameenphone Ltd from January 2022 to December 2022. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in strategic HR design, talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement, significantly enhancing the HR landscape within the company.
Before his role at Grameenphone, Asaduzzaman was involved in comprehensive HR strategic planning and development at Grameenphone, where he worked from October 2021. His efforts were instrumental in aligning business strategies with people strategies, thereby enhancing the overall organizational efficacy.
Asaduzzaman’s extensive background also includes a significant stint at Grameenphone as a Senior Industrial Relations Expert, where he managed trade union relations and ensured compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive work environment. His expertise in handling complex industrial relations scenarios has been a cornerstone of his career.
