Dallas, Texas, United States, August 2024 – Meagan Henderson has taken on the new role of Director, Human Resources at Medecision. With her extensive experience in HR leadership and operations, Meagan is set to drive the company’s HR strategies and enhance its employee engagement initiatives. In this role, she will focus on leveraging her skills in leadership development, compliance, and talent management to support Medecision’s growth and success.
Before stepping into her current role, Meagan served as Senior Manager, Human Resources at Medecision, where she played a pivotal role in overseeing HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement across the organization.
Prior to joining Medecision, Meagan was a People Services Manager at DaVita Kidney Care for three years, where she was instrumental in leading training and development initiatives, employee relations, and strategic planning for the organization.
Earlier in her career, Meagan worked at Target as an Executive Team Leader – Human Resources, where she supported store business operations, led talent management efforts, and played a key role in employee onboarding and retention.
