New York City Metropolitan Area, United States, November 2025 — OpenLoop, a leading telehealth solutions provider powering scalable, white-labelled clinical support across the United States, has announced that Megan Hvasta has joined the organization as Senior Manager Recruiting, Integrations. In her new role, Megan will support OpenLoop’s expansion by strengthening recruitment programs aligned with operational growth, client integration, and national talent readiness across clinical and operational functions.
Megan joins OpenLoop after serving as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, where she spent over two years leading hiring strategy, recruitment operations, and team capabilities across hybrid hiring environments. During her time there, she helped build scalable sourcing capability, partner with senior business stakeholders, and refine recruitment processes to support growth and brand expansion in key talent hubs.
Before this, Megan worked at Meta, where she spent more than three years in multiple progressively responsible roles, most recently as Recruiting Manager leading a distributed sourcing organization across North America. Her work included delivering hiring outcomes above benchmark performance levels, accelerating time-to-hire cycles, expanding diversity hiring outcomes, and enabling business recruitment teams during periods of high growth and operational change. She also previously served as Sourcing Lead, supporting Meta’s CoreBiz recruiting functions across multiple distributed environments.
Earlier in her career, Megan spent nearly four years at Russell Tobin, where she worked in R4R recruiting for fast-growing tech companies and managed large recruiting teams in support of varied client engagements. During this time, she also operated as an embedded Program Manager supporting Meta, building customized recruiting frameworks, KPIs, and reporting systems that enabled high-volume hiring sprints and RPO programs. Her early experience also includes recruiting roles with Facebook, Related Companies, Allegis Global Solutions, and roles in campus and internship programs, social media content creation, and marketing support across multiple organizations.
Megan began her professional journey with roles contributing to candidate experience and brand-facing community engagement, including time with Varsity Spirit, Cumulus Media, Bisqit.com, Frungillo Caterers, and Today’s Business. These roles helped her build a foundation in communication, stakeholder management, and user-centric recruitment experience—competencies that have shaped her leadership trajectory.
