Melissa has been a part of The Big Table Group for over four years, holding various roles in HR and recruitment. Prior to her current appointment, she was Head of Talent and Attraction, where she played a key role in driving talent acquisition and employer branding efforts. Before that, she served as Senior Recruitment Business Partner, focusing on strategic recruitment and workforce planning.
Melissa’s career within Las Iguanas, a subsidiary of The Big Table Group, further solidified her HR expertise. She held roles such as HR Business Partner, and Head of Attraction and Recruitment, where she managed the end-to-end recruitment for front-of-house and back-of-house positions across the UK. Her earlier roles also include Recruitment Manager at Las Iguanas, Specialist Engineering Recruitment Consultant at Experis UK, and Recruitment Consultant at Adecco UK, where she gained significant experience in the recruitment domain across various sectors.
