Melissa has been an integral part of Sawdey Solution Services for over eight years, previously serving as Executive Director, Human Resources, where she played a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies, workforce policies, and leadership development programs.
Prior to that, she held leadership roles at Shumsky, Premier Physician Services, and The Greentree Group, demonstrating her ability to drive organizational growth through HR excellence.
In her new role, Melissa will oversee HR strategy, compliance, employee relations, and workforce planning, ensuring that Sawdey Solution Services continues to foster a high-performance culture.
