In this new role, Manz will lead the company’s people strategies, driving initiatives to foster an inclusive culture and align talent practices with Scout’s mission to build the next generation of rugged electric vehicles.
Meredith Manz has built an impressive career spanning over two decades, with leadership roles in HR across prominent organizations. Prior to joining Scout Motors Inc., she was the Chief Human Resources Officer & Senior Vice President at Enpro Inc., where she led HR transformation efforts, fostering an agile and people-centric approach to workforce development.
Previously, Manz founded Manz Coaching & Consulting, LLC, where she served as a Managing Director, leveraging her expertise in change management and leadership coaching to support organizational growth and resilience. During her tenure, she worked with a diverse range of industries, providing tailored solutions to drive cultural and operational effectiveness.
Earlier in her career, Manz held senior HR roles at BASF and Bayer Crop Science, where she contributed to global HR strategies, merger integrations, and employee engagement programs. Her leadership in these roles highlighted her ability to navigate complex organizational changes and implement forward-thinking HR practices.
Manz’s foundational experiences at Nortel Networks, where she held various HR leadership positions, honed her skills in global process optimization and HR analytics, setting the stage for her subsequent accomplishments in the field.
