Connecticut, United States, September 2025 – Meredith Parda-Burr has joined iCare Health Network (IHN) as Vice President, Human Resources, bringing over two decades of HR leadership experience across healthcare, senior living, hospitality, and retail industries. In her new role, Meredith will lead HR strategy across IHN’s network of skilled nursing and healthcare facilities, driving initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
Before joining iCare Health Network, Meredith Parda-Burr spent nearly a decade at Benchmark Senior Living, holding senior leadership roles including Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner and Director, Human Resources Business Partner. In these roles, she partnered with executive leadership to implement HR policies, strengthen employee engagement, and enhance talent development across a large, multi-site organization.
Previously, Meredith served for over eight years as Human Resources Director at Shaner Hotels, where she oversaw HR operations, employee relations, and training programs for hotel properties across various locations. Her leadership helped build strong HR systems and contributed to a culture of service and accountability in the hospitality sector.
She began her HR journey as Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot, where she led local workforce planning and engagement efforts, gaining foundational experience in people operations within a high-performance retail environment.
