Austin, Texas, United States, November 2025 — Meredith Stefos-Norris has been appointed as Director of Talent Management at EF (Education First), the world’s leading organization for international education and cultural exchange. In this new role, Meredith will focus on developing strong organizational leaders and equipping teams for meaningful impact across EF’s diverse global network. Her appointment reinforces EF’s long-standing commitment to empowering its people to “open the world through education.”
Meredith has been part of EF for over two years, most recently serving as Texas State Manager of Educational Partnerships, where she worked with school and district leaders across Texas to expand global learning opportunities for young students. Through her leadership, EF strengthened its partnerships in the education ecosystem, enabling more students to experience transformative international programs that build cultural understanding and empathy.
Before joining EF, Meredith spent over three years with findhelp, a mission-driven organization connecting people with essential social care services. During her tenure, she held multiple roles — including Senior Manager and Team Lead of Community Engagement — where she built national community partnerships, designed engagement strategies, and led teams that amplified the organization’s social impact across the United States.
Earlier, Meredith served as Executive Director of Generation Citizen, Central Texas, a nonprofit that equips young people to participate meaningfully in democracy through action civics education. Her leadership there focused on scaling programs, building strategic partnerships, and advancing civic education across schools in the region.
Meredith began her career as an educator, teaching social studies and world history with Match Education and San Francisco Unified School District, and also worked as an Assistant English Teacher in Costa Rica, demonstrating her lifelong dedication to learning, equity, and youth empowerment.
Meredith holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Newcastle, which complements her strong background in education leadership, community engagement, and organizational development.
