Austin, Texas, United States, December 2025 – Meredith W. has taken on a new role as Director of Business Operations at Esper, a cutting-edge platform that empowers government agencies with data-driven decision-making tools. In her new position, Meredith will lead cross-functional operational strategy, oversee process optimization, and drive high-impact initiatives aligned with Esper’s mission to modernize public administration.
Prior to joining Esper, Meredith served at Saronic Technologies in multiple strategic roles including Workplace Project Manager and Operations Project Manager, where she contributed to high-efficiency operational transformations.
Before that, she was Executive Business Partner at Wursta, where she streamlined executive workflows, led onboarding for 90+ employees annually, and implemented impactful process improvements in executive support, calendaring, and travel management.
Earlier, she served as an independent Consultant, supporting startups and nonprofits with payroll platform implementations, CRM rollouts, and lead generation strategies, increasing conversion and retention.
Her diverse background also includes roles at CNN, where she was Executive Business Partner to Jake Tapper, managing logistics for presidential events, PR campaigns, and HR functions. Meredith has also held operations and executive support roles at Quantum Metric, Common, and SocialCode, delivering business continuity, facility management, and employee engagement programs with strong operational outcomes.
