Aarhus, Middle Jutland, Denmark, December 2024 – Michael Stubbe has joined BILA A/S as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), where he will spearhead HR strategies to align with the company’s vision of advancing industrial automation through robotics and innovative solutions. Stubbe will oversee talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational transformation to drive global growth and enhance operational efficiencies.
Michael brings extensive experience to BILA A/S, having recently concluded a successful 12-year tenure at Kamstrup A/S, where he served as Vice President Human Resources. During his time at Kamstrup, he built the HR function from the ground up, scaling the workforce from 750 to over 1,700 employees and driving employer branding initiatives that attracted more than 15,000 applications annually. He also established robust learning and development programs, including successful intern and graduate initiatives.
In addition to his corporate roles, Michael has been actively involved in industry and advisory boards, serving as a Board Member for organizations such as DI Østjylland, Business Club Aarhus, and AARHUS TECH, where he contributed to shaping talent strategies and industry innovations.
Earlier in his career, Michael worked as a Management Consultant with Hansen Toft A/S, Steen Gerhardt Executive Services A/S, and Mercuri Urval, where he specialized in executive search and strategic HR projects. His foundation in business operations stems from his entrepreneurial stint as a McDonald’s Franchisee, where he managed operations for eight years.
