Green Bay, Wisconsin, United States, August 2025 — Michelle Waldinger has been appointed Vice President Human Resources at Midwest Communications, Inc. With over two decades of progressive HR leadership experience, Michelle brings deep expertise in workforce development, organizational culture, and talent strategy to this new executive role.
Prior to this, Michelle served as Director of Human Resources at Marine Travelift, Inc., where she played a pivotal role in shaping employee programs and leading HR operations for more than five years. She earlier held human resources leadership positions at ABM Industries and Holtger Bros., Inc., gaining broad exposure to talent management in both corporate and field settings.
Michelle is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Her educational foundation, combined with her long-standing HR experience across various sectors, positions her well to support Midwest Communications in building robust talent strategies across its extensive media network.
