Singapore, January 2026 – Mike Crichton has been appointed as President, International and Member of the Executive Committee at GSK, assuming responsibility for driving GSK’s international growth strategy across key global markets and strengthening the company’s global biopharma leadership agenda.
In his immediate prior role at GSK, Mike Crichton served as Regional President – International and earlier as Regional President – Greater China and Intercontinental, where he led multi-market business portfolios, strengthened regional governance, and accelerated growth across complex global geographies.
Before joining GSK, he held senior executive leadership positions at Novartis (Sandoz), serving as Head of Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (APMA) and as a member of the Sandoz Executive Committee, where he led regional expansion, commercial strategy, and organizational transformation across Asia-Pacific and emerging markets.
Earlier in his career, Mike spent over a decade with Roche, holding global and country CEO leadership roles across South Korea, Indonesia, Switzerland, and Canada, including serving as CEO & General Manager in multiple international markets and leading global oncology portfolios such as MabThera/Rituxan.
