Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 – YES BANK, one of India’s leading private sector banks, has announced the appointment of Milind Sable as Head – HR Support Services, Employee Relations and Compliance. In his new leadership role, Milind will oversee HR Shared Services, Employee Relations, and HR Compliance functions, driving operational excellence, process transformation, and a culture of governance and accountability across the organization.
Prior to joining YES BANK, Milind had a distinguished nine-year tenure at RBL Bank, where he rose through several key leadership roles, most recently serving as Senior Vice President & Head – Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and HR Tech. In this capacity, he led multiple strategic HR initiatives, strengthened governance frameworks, and leveraged technology to drive efficiency and employee experience across the bank’s HR ecosystem. His earlier responsibilities at RBL included leading HR Operations and Technology transformation projects, overseeing payroll, and streamlining employee life-cycle management processes.
Before his impactful stint at RBL Bank, Milind headed HR Operations at Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Limited for over three years, where he managed HR technology, payroll, and compliance, ensuring robust HR systems integration and process standardization across functions.
Earlier, he spent over two years at IndusInd Bank, serving as Deputy Vice President & Head – HR Operations, where he led HR technology modernization, payroll management, and compliance programs for a rapidly expanding banking workforce.
Milind’s career began with a seven-year journey at ICICI Lombard, where he advanced to Assistant Vice President – Human Resources (Zonal HR – West). He was responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, and technology across the western region, contributing to the bank’s talent strategy during a critical phase of growth. He also held a brief leadership role at Sodexo, managing the HR function for its Pass business unit in the Mumbai region.
