Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – Milind Vaidya has taken on the role of Executive Vice President – Specialty Marketing and R&D at Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd. In this position, he will oversee the company’s specialty chemicals marketing strategies and research and development initiatives, further strengthening Laxmi Organics’ leadership in the chemicals industry.
Before joining Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd., Milind held the position of Senior Vice President within the company, where he contributed to critical operational and strategic projects over a nine-month tenure.
Prior to this, Milind served as the Head of Technology at Atotech Group, where he led innovative technology strategies for nearly three years. His work at Atotech, a globally recognized name in surface-finishing technology, positioned him as a pivotal leader in advancing cutting-edge solutions.
Milind also brought his expertise to Savita Oil Technologies Limited as Chief Technology Officer, where he played a crucial role in driving technical innovation for almost three years. He also served as Vice President – Customer Value Proposition at Gulf Oil International Group, focusing on aligning product capabilities with customer needs over a three-year tenure.
Earlier in his career, Milind held various leadership roles at BP-Castrol, including Country Technology Manager and AsPac QA Manager, where he managed technology operations across multiple regions. His tenure at Reliance Industries and GE Global Research further solidified his reputation as a skilled scientist and technical leader.
