In her new position, Millie will lead the organization’s people strategy, focusing on talent, total rewards, operational excellence, and organizational growth as J.D. Power accelerates its data-driven impact across industries.
Millie brings more than 25 years of experience in HR leadership, compensation strategy, and people operations. She most recently served as Senior Vice President, Total Rewards and People Operations at First Advantage, and previously held the same title at Sterling, where she led post-merger integration and transformation of people functions in alignment with public company standards.
She spent nearly 27 years at Assurant, where she held a series of senior roles including SVP of Total Rewards and Wellbeing, SVP of Compensation, Benefits & Talent Acquisition, and Director of Executive Compensation. During her tenure, she led large-scale transformations, M&A integrations, Say-on-Pay strategies, and DEI initiatives impacting thousands of employees globally.
Millie’s expertise includes strategic planning, global rewards, employee mobility, compliance (including SEC and Dodd-Frank), and building people infrastructure from the ground up. Her leadership across multiple M&As, IPO-readiness efforts, and global HR systems has made her a standout HR executive in complex, fast-paced industries.
