New York, United States, March 2025 – Molly Medaris has been appointed as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition & Development at Workit Health. In her new role, she will lead strategic talent acquisition and workforce development initiatives, ensuring that Workit Health continues to attract and retain top-tier talent in the healthcare technology sector.
Molly has been with Workit Health for nearly two years, where she has played a crucial role in strengthening talent strategies and organizational development. Most recently, she served as Director, Talent Acquisition & Development, where she streamlined hiring processes, talent engagement, and leadership development programs. Before that, as Talent Acquisition Lead, she supported high-impact recruitment strategies to meet the company’s expanding workforce needs.
Prior to joining Workit Health, Molly was the Head of Talent Coaching & Talent Acquisition at Earnest Analytics, where she focused on data-driven hiring solutions and coaching programs to optimize the company’s talent pool. She also worked as a Career Coach at Springboard, mentoring professionals transitioning into technology careers.
Earlier in her career, Molly spent five years at Getty Images, where she held multiple roles, including Manager, Talent Acquisition for North & South America, Senior Recruiter, and Recruiter. During this time, she led international hiring efforts and enhanced employer branding initiatives for the organization.
Before Getty Images, Molly worked at Christie’s as a Recruiter and Internship Manager, where she was instrumental in building early career talent pipelines and executing full-cycle recruitment strategies. Her experience in creative industries, talent development, and HR leadership has provided her with a strong foundation for scaling innovative workforce solutions at Workit Health.
