Before assuming this global leadership role, Molly Roenna spent over 17 years at Weber Shandwick, most recently serving as Chief People Officer, North America. In this capacity, she spearheaded workforce transformation initiatives, DE&I programs, and leadership development across the region, ensuring that the company remained a top destination for talent.
Earlier in her tenure at Weber Shandwick, she held multiple leadership positions, including EVP, Head of Human Resources North America, Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, and Vice President, Human Resources. Her contributions were instrumental in shaping progressive HR policies and strategies that fostered a culture of innovation and inclusivity.
Prior to joining Weber Shandwick, she was Director of Human Resources at Alleluia Lutheran Church and Little Blessings Preschool, where she led HR policies, talent acquisition, and workforce engagement initiatives. She also worked as Human Resources Director at Dome Communications Inc., focusing on HR operations and organizational effectiveness. Earlier in her career, she served as HR Generalist at Edelman, where she developed her expertise in talent management, compensation, and employee relations.
