Monalisha Appointed as Head - Performance, People Analytics, Talent Branding, and HR Strategy at Myntra

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2024 – Monalisha in an internal transition from Flipkart moved to Myntra as the Head – Performance, People Analytics, Talent Branding, and HR Strategy. In her new role, She will report into Myntra CHRO Govindraj M K and will lead the HR strategy initiatives, focusing on enhancing performance management, driving people analytics, and strengthening Myntra’s talent branding efforts.

Prior to Myntra, Monalisha worked as Associate Director Human Resources at Flipkart for over 4 years. During her tenure, she played a key role in leading the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) functions, driving inclusion and diversity initiatives, and spearheading talent development strategies for Flipkart’s category businesses. Her contributions were pivotal in aligning HR operations with business objectives and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Before Flipkart, Monalisha was with Cipla for nearly 4 years, where she held various leadership positions. As the Associate Director – Talent Management, she led initiatives on succession planning, leadership assessments, and talent review boards. Prior to that, as Senior Manager – Talent Management, she focused on developing key talent pipelines and enhancing leadership development across Cipla’s divisions.

Monalisha also brings consulting experience from her role as a Rewards Consultant at Mercer, where she advised organizations on compensation structures and rewards strategies. Earlier in her career, she spent over 3 years at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as an HR Business Partner and Lead Compensation, where she was responsible for HR operations and compensation strategy for key business units.

Monalisha began her career as an Assistant Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), giving her a strong foundation in technology, which she has carried forward into her HR leadership roles.
