Budapest, Hungary, September 2024 – Nicolas Mignonneau has taken on the role of Head of People & Culture at Philip Morris Hungary. In this position, Nicolas will lead the company’s people strategy, focusing on employee engagement, organizational design, talent management, and leadership development to drive operational success within the Hungarian market. He brings with him extensive global experience in people and culture management.
Prior to his new role, Nicolas served as People & Culture Business Partner – Global Manufacturing at Philip Morris International for over a year. During this time, he managed the HR strategy for 16,000+ employees across 35+ countries, overseeing capability building, employee life cycles, and strategic HR projects. Previously, he held the position of People & Culture Business Partner – Global Operations for more than four years, where he focused on HR strategies for Product Development, Leaf, and Operations Sustainability.
Nicolas also served as PMO People & Culture – Global Operations and Head of Procurement Center Europe, further solidifying his expertise in business transformation and change management. Earlier in his career, he worked as Manager Procurement – Marketing Materials and Head of Marketing Services for MYWA Swiss Watch and Jewellery Ltd., where he developed leadership skills across multiple industries.
